With over ten years of HR experience, Adriane utilizes her expertise in HR, Lean Manufacturing, and Professional Organizing to create custom solutions that streamline the work of Small Businesses and busy professionals. Adriane currently resides in Fostoria, OH and services the larger Northwest Ohio region. Outside of organizing, she enjoys traveling with her husband, couponing, and gardening.

Squared Away Functional Organization was started to help people “bring calm to their clutter.” Squared Away specializes in decluttering, organizing, and systemizing spaces in your home and the piles of paper that appear daily. Drawing on over 20 years experience in higher education, event planning, and emergency preparedness Mary is able to establish systems that will work for everyone in your home. Mary currently resides in Pinehurst, North Carolina and enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, and reading.
